Thank you for the reminder Vicki, grounding is so important to provide balance. We can often become ungrounded through times of unease, transition and change. I love to walk bare foor on grass, if I can, but if not then similar to you I imagine the roots from the soles of my feet connecting with Mother Earth.

This os so beautiful. I’m so grateful that the last few years I’ve really reconnected with my body and nature.. I love ‘my’ trees as I walk the forest with my dog every morning and yoga has given me that connection to breath. I’m in Sweden at the moment and you can see the difference in people’s connection to the land and sea and forests.... it’s so peaceful to be here. Thanks for the reminder.... I’m off to take my shoes off!
